The new management of National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) led by Alhaji Zikrullah Kunle Hassan has embarked on a transformation journey that will be driven by digital technologies and innovations. This is aimed at bringing efficiency into Hajj/Umrah operations and to improve stakeholders' and pilgrims’ service experience. Therefore, we are developing a Strategic Transformation Plan (2020-2024) as a tool to engineer a brighter future for NAHCON.

The objective of this study is to collect data that will assist the Commission to develop a transformation plan in which its implementation will enable capabilities that will translate into the transformation of pilgrims experience before, during and after Hajj/Umrah exercise.
